Which phones does UpDrive work on?
Both Android and iPhone, with the same features on each. One family space covers everyone, whatever phone they carry.
Can I switch between iPhone and Android without losing my photos?
Yes. Your photos, videos, contacts and files live in your UpDrive account, not on one phone, so you can sign in on a new iPhone or Android phone and restore everything.
Can UpDrive back up WhatsApp photos, videos and voice notes?
Yes. UpDrive backs up the media WhatsApp saves on your phone — photos, videos, voice notes and documents — and can free up space once they are safely in the cloud.
How is UpDrive different from iCloud or Google Photos?
